Intergraph Germany GmbH is seeking an EcoSys Project Controls Solution Sales Representative Germany, location in mutual agreement. Candidate will join a dynamic software company dedicated to the development, implementation, and support of EcoSys Enterprise Planning & Controls (EPC), a market-leading web-based system for portfolio and project management with a focus on cost controls.
Responsible for selling the EcoSys software product suite including our Mobile and Contract Management offerings directly to Enterprise accounts throughout a specific geographical territory. Opportunities will come from existing accounts and will require you to take the lead in working these to close in association with an account owner. Work is non-routine and can be complex, and requires the application of advanced specialized technical/business skills. A high degree of flexibility and a real can do positive approach to deal creation.
Priority is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective customers
Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning
Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application
Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition
Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close sales
Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others
Ability to penetrate accounts and leverage relationships with account stakeholders
Project Controls knowledge and/or strong knowledge of EcoSys and our competitors
Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal communication skills
Excellent communication / negotiating / closing skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization, including C-level players
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Strong prospecting / hunting skills
Degree education or equivalent life experiences
7+ years of software sales experience and a proven sales track record selling enterprise software
There will be a high requirement for regional and international travel which is estimated to be 60% for attendance at conferences; sales meetings and customer engagements.
