You have worked in a globally operating marketing team, and you are now eager to excel and generate genuine marketing strategies with a powerful, high performing team at Bruker.

You provide extensive Strategic marketing and communications background with a proven track record in driving growth in lead and opportunity development. You have experience working with sales leaders,

marketing communications, product and market management, and prepared to drive successful customer acquisition lead generation programs.

You are proficient in online or digital distribution of content, recognize the power of imagery, and excited about personalized content marketing and persuasive nurturing tactics.

Objectives

Enable business growth through powerful global and regional marketing strategy in a complex multi-product environment, serving multiple market segments in the life Science field.

Ensure better-than-market lead and opportunity development through recognized print and digital media development, targeted campaign management, and impactful customer engagement processes.

Your Challenge

  • Establish a strong strategic partnership with global and local sales leadership and global marketing communications to develop, implement and execute a strategic marketing plan that delivers on revenue goals.

  • deliver successful, well executed multi-and single channel customer acquisition and retention marketing programs.

  • Develop innovative strategies to support business goals, cultivating a data-driven mentality with emphasis on insight and recommended action.

  • Lead flawless execution of customer engaging event, content and digital strategies and emerging online media campaigns in coordination with our marketing communication steam.

  • Identify, execute and optimize engagement and automation tools to improve marketing performance and efficiency (e.g. marketing automation platform, analytics, etc.).

  • Serve as the key marketing solutions lead for all cross-functional activity and communication.

  • Manage internal requests to ensure a cohesive web presence that is focused on user experience.

  • Establish KPIs and provide analytical insights to inform audience segment profiles and drive conversions that ultimately yield higher participation and behavior-changing interactions.

  • Prepare and manage marketing budgets and assure all programs generate a positive ROI.

  • Identify trends and insights to advise the marketing organization on best practices and prioritize the implementation of selected capabilities.

  • Ensure flawless execution of all marketing activities.

  • Minimum three years relevant experience in B2B marketing.

  • You are a self-starter with a proven track-record, enthusiastic, self-motivating.

  • BA degree in Marketing, or BS degree with proficient experience in Marketing.

  • Experience in developing integrated/multi- channel campaigns and programs for the purposes of customer acquisition, retention across a media mix in both online and offline environments.

  • Thorough working knowledge of all aspects of digital marketing, including technical understanding of digital marketing, social media, marketing automation, SEM/SEO, and Web analytics.

  • Solid experience in leading and managing lead generation, customer acquisition and retention programs and activities.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Ability to effectively juggle multiple projects/assignments at one time and deliver high quality results in timely fashion.

  • Demonstrated success in with a a diverse team of marketing and sales professionals.

  • Ability to understand, support and operate at the tactical level whilst always leading from a strategic viewpoint.

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written), You are ready to travel more than 20% of your time.

  • Experience in multicultural environment with deep understanding of APAC, EIMEA and AMER markets.

  • Minimum three years relevant and management experience in B2B marketing.

  • You are a self-starter with a proven track-record, enthusiastic, self-motivating.
