The Senior Plant Analyst Dinkelsbuehl manages and reports about the budgetary and financial control activities of the plant Dinkelsbuehl to meet the needs of the site.

Responsibilities:

  • Cost and output planning and forecasting

  • Support Operations Management with analyses

  • Forecasting, budget planning and controlling of new investments

  • Provide service and support in terms of analysis and numbers for the production departments

  • Tracking and monthly reporting of KPI’s and permanent financial analysis with corrective actions initiated and follow-up for the production departments

  • Streamline Reporting

  • Support strategic manufacturing projects

  • Improve employee productivity

  • Support all departments to create and track control charts

  • Drive Conversion Cost Productivity Projects

  • Drive Projects to improve Inventory turns

  • Potential to become deputy of Site Controller

Qualifications:

  • University degree (economics or controlling preferred). Internationally recognized accounting qualification (CPA, ACA, or ACMA) is a plus.

  • Several years’ experience in various Controlling and Finance assignments

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to form successful working relationships quickly at all levels

  • Technical affinity

  • Experience in statistical analysis and financial modelling

  • Accurate, systematic, and independent work style

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Hands-on Mindset

  • Fluent in English both written and spoken

  • Culturally sensitive

  • Comfortable to work in a fast-paced, international matrix organisation

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package, especially Excel

  • SAP R/3 knowledge is an advantage
