The OD&L specialist provides support in all aspects of the Organizational Development and Learning (OD&L) function within the Industrial BU. She/he will help to create and deliver BU-relevant development programs and learning tools. The OD&L specialist also plays a key role in driving HR processes: Performance Management Cycle, Talent Review, Development Planning, and Compensation Review.

The OD&L specialist provides critical assistance in the design, development, management and delivery of key organizational development initiatives and programs across the global Industrial BU. She/he will demonstrate strong project management skills to successfully help drive change and achieve strategic HR goals and objectives.

The role has a global scope and reports to the Senior Manager, OD&L.

The role will be on a fixed-term 2-year contract.

Tasks Summary & Responsibilities

  • Support HRBPs and managers in all aspects of OD&L related business processes: Performance Management Cycle, Talent Review, Development Planning, and Compensation Review.

  • Design, develop, and deliver monthly manager webinars on key management and leadership topics.

  • Identify and review external providers for various programs.

  • Support design, development and implementation of internal development programs.

  • Maintain and enhance Leadership Connection portal.

  • Develop strong relationships with HRBPs and Corporate HR GTM team.

  • Work with Marketing to support internal employee communications via the TE Industrial intranet.

  • Report on metrics associated with OD&L activities.

  • Manage the administrative functions within the OD&L team including but not limited to scheduling classes, maintaining training documentation, handling attendance records, generating reports, maintaining systems, setting up equipment, and coordinating enrolment, etc.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, OD&L or Education

  • Ideally 3+ years experience in OD&L role (or HR role, but with keen interest in OD&L)

  • Experience with development program design and implementation and OD&L related business processes

  • Previous study or work / internship experience abroad is highly desirable

  • Fluency in English required; additional German would be an advantage
