Our Business Unit Appliances is looking for a Junior Sales Engineer (m/f) - home office based.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Direct ownership of a number of customers.

  • Outside sales person managing all aspects at the customer.

  • Working closely with all functions (Field/Resident Engineering, Engineering, Quality, Prod Management, Logistics), responsible for increasing share at customer and managing project pipeline through Field Engineers.

  • Outside Engineering representative for a defined territory and/or a specific Industry/Technology. Drive demand creation and project management of sales & engineering projects. Working through BU Engineering Centers for seamless speed of execution and flawless new product launch. Demand creation and management of project pipeline at strategic accounts, new platform focus.

  • Measurement: Revenue growth, pipeline identification and conversion, New Product Sales, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree with Engineering or Business major

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Fluent in German & English both written and speaking
