Our Business Unit Appliances is looking for a Junior Sales Engineer (m/f) - home office based.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Direct ownership of a number of customers.
Outside sales person managing all aspects at the customer.
Working closely with all functions (Field/Resident Engineering, Engineering, Quality, Prod Management, Logistics), responsible for increasing share at customer and managing project pipeline through Field Engineers.
Outside Engineering representative for a defined territory and/or a specific Industry/Technology. Drive demand creation and project management of sales & engineering projects. Working through BU Engineering Centers for seamless speed of execution and flawless new product launch. Demand creation and management of project pipeline at strategic accounts, new platform focus.
Measurement: Revenue growth, pipeline identification and conversion, New Product Sales, etc.
Bachelor degree with Engineering or Business major
Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluent in German & English both written and speaking
