Please come join the SRA team as Project Manager Analyst in Stuttgart, Germany.

Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Establishes design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test. Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical and administrative areas.



Leadership Role

Manages experienced professionals (e.g. engineers, scientists, financial analysts) who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments. Often heads one or more sections or a small department.


Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends. Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Acts as advisor to subordinate(s) to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems. Develops and administers schedule, performance requirements; may have budget responsibilities.

Interprets and administers policies, processes, and procedures that may affect sections and subordinate work units.

Freedom to Act

Assignments are defined in terms of activities and objectives. Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.


Decisions have an impact on work processes and outcomes. Erroneous decisions or recommendations or failure to complete assignments normally result in serious delays and considerable expenditure of additional time, human resources and funds.


Interacts frequently with internal personnel and outside representatives at various levels. Participates and presents at meetings with internal and external representatives. Interaction typically concerns resolution of operational and scheduling issues.


Qualifications / Certifications

  • Active Secret clearance required to start

  • CompTIA Security+ (or other DoD 8570.01-M compliant certification)

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)®

  • BA or equivalent + 3 yrs related experience, or MA + 1 yr related experience

  • Knowledge of IT systems/technical background and DoD experience preferred

Special Requirements

  • Willingness to work flexible hours

  • Must meet TESA requirements
