Champion the range of Bruker Daltonics' HPLC products and solutions through expert management of the product life cycle, define market relevant product specifications, and initiate, develop and execute targeted marketing activities. Identify business growth opportunities for all Bruker Daltonics market segments and provide a clear market-leading strategic direction for the portfolio including a continuous optimization of the Company's product and service offerings.
Generate better-than-market business growth for the product portfolio by ensuring Bruker is seen as the HPLC-MS solution provider of choice for all markets, synonymous with technology superiority, best customer support and the highest degree of business integrity.
Create and identify business growth opportunities and develop and execute the long-term business plan for the HPLC product portfolio
Definition and implementation of market relevant product specifications for hardware, software, and chemistries
Management of the HPLC portfolio life cycle and its positioning into the relevant life sciences market segments
Initiation and management of relevant applications to provide workflow solutions for market segments of high potential growth
Identify target marketing activities, align with market segment and commercial management, and prioritize and plan according to annual budget.
Assist the achievement of business plan by supplying expert advocacy in support of Commercial Operations by providing scientific and message content for marketing materials and sales tools
Gather, evaluate and summarize competitor information and market trends from the region
Ensure continual awareness of competitive developments in the field, including attendance and presentations at customer facing events and internal trainings
Establish and manage relationships to our OEM partners for externally supplied HPLC equipment
Master/Diploma degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or Electrical Engineering relevant to the application of LC-MS in life sciences markets.
At least 3 years commercial experience in a life-science MS or HPLC instrumentation company.
Excellent MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills required.
Has a passion for customer satisfaction and enjoys networking and building collaborations with industry thought leaders and key customers.
Creative problem solver that is able to leverage global resources efficiently and effectively
Excellent written and oral communication skills .
Proficient in planning projects and executing on timelines achieving milestones and goals
Ability to partner with product development, sales, service, marketing and customers to achieve challenging goals.
Able to translate strong scientific and technical knowledge into simple training and support approaches for sales and customers.
