The Role

As an Intern in Customer Service and Logistics you will be interfacing between supplying hubs and local supply chain department. Responsible for local planning tasks. Optimizing work flow between manufacturing plans and associated business units. Supporting local sales team and demand planning department. You will be a part of Country Fulfillment Team responsible for supply and logistics of stock throughout the country identifying risks and providing continuous support.

It’s a Monday-Friday role with a total of 37.5 hours a week based in Bremen.

Main Duties:

  • Support in management and responsibility for tracking quality and quantity of our stock availability

  • Involved in daily and weekly Demand and Supply planning

  • Coordination of cross functional information and support of various projects

  • Close cooperation with internal interfaces (Project management, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Plants) and external suppliers

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree specialising in Economics, Business Studies, Logistics or similar field

  • Fluent in English and German Language

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills

  • Very good collaboration and interpersonal skills

  • SAP knowledge preferred

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel + Power Point)

Starting date: January/February 2017

Duration: 6 months

Salary €1400 gross/month
