We challenge you to support PCMS in Doubling our Services Business, to Transform Service Capabilities to shape the Services Market and being the reference for Operational Excellence in the Health Tech Services Industry.


The Services and Solution Delivery Manager is a new role within the BG PCMS Services – Services Delivery & Performance Management Office (SDPMO). In this role the Services and Solution Delivery Manager works in close teamwork with the service delivery stakeholders within the Markets, the BG Services and in the Businesses to operationalize the introduction and delivery of new Services and Solutions as part of the PCMS Services Transformation Program.

  • Oversees globally the processes and performance of the market introduction and delivery of Services Offerings and Solution Offerings for PCMS in the markets

  • Contribute to facilitate key aspects for PCMS in the Services Offerings and Solution Offerings - to build new service delivery capabilities (skill sets/ process/tool)

  • Support the Markets and Businesses in the launch of new Services & Solutions.

  • Operationalize newly developed methodologies, processes and tooling to support new Services and Solution Offerings

  • Extensively engage stakeholders in PCMS Services, Markets and Businesses to support change/transition management for Services and Solution Offerings

  • Support PCMS Services Transformation Program for shaping new & existing process/tooling capabilities.

  • Team up and align with other BG (Business Groups) and SVAL (Single Value Added Layer/Corporate) to look for synergies and leverage from existing process, tools, methodology and skills.


  • Technical or Clinical experience/education in Computer Science disciplines or Information Technologies is preferred (Bachelor or equivalent)

  • ITIL Foundation Certification Must or IT Expert Advantage

  • Certification in Project Management preferred (CAPM, PMP, UKI only Prince2 Foundation/Practitioner)

  • At least 5 years demonstrated Service Management / Project Management experience in a comparable environment

  • International experience, evidence of successful teamwork with customers & key stakeholder around the globe (f2f, remote)

  • Knowledge and experience around Solutions and IT Integration Business within a Healthcare Environment preferred (i.e. Healthcare IT, Patient Monitoring)

  • Broad understanding of multiple technology solution & services areas in Healthcare with specialized knowledge in Healthcare IT

  • Excellent English skills, German is an advantage
