We are looking for a Regional Partner Business Manager (f/m) for Central/Southern EMEA who: Aligns and optimises HPE software strategy within partner accounts Builds partner capabilities and increases their sales and technical commitment Creates and develops joint business and MDF plans Responsible for setting, vetting and driving individual partner GTM plans Defines investment plan based on growth opportunities and competitive pressures Act as a business growth and profitability consultant to guide partners through new business strategies Maximises cross and upsell opportunities within partner and sales pipeline Supports partner in the transition to new delivery models such as Software as a Service and managed services Engages in HPE offering development: Plan, Design, Build, Enable, Deploy, Iterate Determines HPE Enablement sales and technical requirements. Owns planning and execution with HPE Enablement team Assists in the execution of demand & marketing campaigns to increase partner pipeline Ensures all key partner processes are maximised including but not limited to: Deal registration Forecasting Pipeline management Answerable for all partner financial and performance metrics including but not limited to: Growth Reach Portfolio cross selling Deal registration activity # of partner sale reps selling HPE Establishes professional and productive relationships with partner at all organization levels including senior leadership. Creates and fosters support among key partner executive management to achieve overall sales strategy and plan. Ensures that Partner Executives and applicable HPE Executives are mapped and aligned. Qualifications: Education and Experience Required: University or Bachelor's degree Typically 3-5 years of selling experience at partner level in software Experience developing positive relationships and solving customer problems Knowledge and Skills Required: In-depth knowledge of software products and solutions, ideally Application Lyfecycle Management and IT Management software Understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel, including competitive positioning Understanding of the value of the distribution channel to support growth Understanding of partner segmentation and structures, key partner programs & initiatives Effectively building strategic relationships with partner contacts and promoting company programs and offerings Ability to set, vet and drive individual partner Go To Market plans Partners effectively with others to create and develop joint business and marketing development plans Understanding of pipeline management basics and ability to explain benefits to partners Ability to accurately forecast and report business within HPE’s quarterly processes Constant adoption of state-of-the-art sales methodologies, processes and tools Presentation, communication and negotiation skill on high standards Business and social maturity to be able to represent HPE at senior levels internally and externally Self-motivated, structured, disciplined and well-organized Business fluency in German and English language Due to extensive social benefits, flexible working hours, a competitive salary and shared values, HPE is one of the most attractive employers in th world.
