Under the direction of the Business Unit Director I&I, this individual will be responsible for the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns for Otezla and the Inflammation & Immunology Business Unit in close collaboration with the Marketing & Medical department as well as Celgene’s EMEA and global headquarters.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Responsible for the multi-channel strategy for Celgene I&I in close cooperation with the Business Unit Director I&I, the National Sales Director, the brand team and the medical team

  2. Develop and execute local cross-channel marketing campaigns for the I&I franchise to increase awareness of its products and disease areas in close cooperation with product management, the medical team, and the EU and Global Headquarters

  3. Adapts existing promotional material for specific channels and creates new material

  4. Design and execute local customer journeys involving offline and online channels with help of a campaign management platform

  5. Co-develop a new medical platform in close cooperation with the German brand team as well as the EU headquarters and external experts

  6. Direct activities of external vendors which develop and implement local multi-channel tactics and information programs

  7. Define KPIs and standards for reporting

  8. Track multi-channel activities and compile reports on a regular basis to continually optimize multi-channel tactics and tailor tactics to customer needs and wants

  9. Interact with external experts from the I&I field to co-develop new educational offers

  10. Close collaboration and communication with Field Force to coordinate communications to HCPs

  11. Manage multi-channel communications budget

Qualifications

• Strong identification with Celgene’s values

• University degree required

• Profound professional experience with multi-channel management and marketing communications within the pharmaceutical industry, either in agency and/or a pharmaceutical enterprise

• Experience in product management and/or sales within the pharmaceutical industry is a plus

• Excellent task management skills, such as planning, prioritization, objective setting, meeting management, and plan execution

• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; ability to turn analyses into actions

• Strong affinity to Marketing and good understanding of Marketing concepts

• Deep understanding and affinity for offline and online media and its use for innovative communication concepts

• Profound understanding of campaign management solutions and data analytics is a plus

• Exceptional communication skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Fluency in German and English, both oral and in written communications

• Independent self-starter, accurate and well organized

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
