Booz Allen Hamilton Operations Analyst in Baden Wurtemberg, Germany

Key Role:

Serve as an operational analyst for the USAFRICOM Multinational Cooperation Center (MNCC), responsible for identifying internal and external center communication needs, developing and executing solutions, developing and maintaining processes and procedures, and prioritizing knowledge sharing within a dynamic international partner environment. Serve as the focal point for international partners assigned to USAFRICOM, researching and analyzing MNCC activities and requirements and developing standard operating procedures to codify processes. Research and analyze MNCC activities and requirements capturing Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) that would more effectively integrate multinational partners into USAFRICOM strategic planning and operations.

Basic Qualifications:

-6 years of experience with multinational cooperation

-6 years of experience with using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

-5 years of experience with DoD strategic communications

-5 years of experience with the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP)

-3 years of experience in a Combatant Command HQ

-Active TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with working in a bilateral and multilateral coalition environment

-Knowledge of Crisis Joint Standard Operating Procedure

-Knowledge of USAFRICOM Theater Campaign Plan

-Knowledge of SharePoint
