For our plant near Stuttgart we are looking for a

OEM Sales Engineer (m/f)

The role:

  • Development of new sales opportunities

  • Management of all aspects of the customer relationship and sales cycle

  • Utilize our 4-step strategic selling methodology within the assigned accounts

  • Develop annual sales plans and provide regular forecasts on sales revenue within the assigned accounts, report regularly on key performance indicators

  • Provide application expertise, leadership, direction, and sales support of assigned accounts

  • Work closely with Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Technical Support personnel

Your profile:

  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering and Motion Control Sales experience or equivalent

  • Proven track-record of successful sales growth

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Well-organized, methodical and flexible

  • Excellent interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills in German and English

  • Able to travel up to 50% of the time

  • Literate in Microsoft Office applications and ideally Salesforce.com
