Responsibility for planning, prioritization, implementation, monitoring and documentation of goods receipts, as well as physical and electronic collection considering GMP regulations and the project timelines and in consultation with Quality Assurance in Receiving

Responsible for setting up, planning, prioritization, implementation and monitoring of returns Business (incl. Documentation, preparation of all relevant documents [for example, returns Summary, Proforma Invoice], etc.). This includes further the organization of collections at international sites in consultation with the client and the trial sites, ensuring compliance, as well as the preparation and organization of material destruction, taking into account legal requirements and economic aspects in consultation with international customers, project management and other Catalent locations.

Functional and disciplinary leadership responsibility for Warehouse Associates in the field Goods Receipt and Return handling, including staff training and development

Responsibility for ensuring sufficient capacity for administrative operational use of the goods receipt and the Return Business

Responsibility for import and export based on the return business, as well as the goods receipt Relevant customs activities incl. Therefor used systems and documents

Responsibility for implementing the required target dates during the setup of the material returns of clinical sites, the material collections, capture and control, as well as the material destruction

Responsibility for ensuring the implementation of JIT requirements / instructions

Responsibility for the completion of vehicle control and evaluation of the temperature monitoring incl. Definition and implementation of appropriate measures

Responsibility for the GMP and process compliant labeling of all materials that are recognized for the business

Responsibility for the safe, GMP compliant, responsive and efficient destruction of of returned goods and possibly Committee

Development and implementation of returns strategies and customized supply chain solutions (for example, confirmation of receipt, documentation, if necessary feed for reuse returnierter goods, etc.)

Responsibility for the preservation of free storage capacity, optimizing storage utilization and the utilization of available space

Assistance in handling of recalls

Active support of the Project Management in the preparation of study or customer-specific reports, summaries and documents available for efficient, GMP implementation based on customer requirements on incoming goods, returns and Destruction

Anticipating problems at goods receipt and processing of returns, proactive solution thereof and ensuring necessary escalation

Responsibility for the use of operational readiness of the technical equipment, as well as order and cleanliness, including Wareneingansbüro and the overall return area in the incoming goods, and the Locked camp and the camp in coordination with the Distribution Team Leader

Independent development of services provided, including but not limited to documentation, analysis, flexible processes and ad hoc reports

Independent optimization of internal processes in cooperation with the global network (including but not limited to processes, technologies and harmonization)

Coordination with the heads of the pre-distribution and distribution to ensure the proper functioning and clear priorities

Responsibility for collection, verification and optimization of key figures of his own responsibilities

Personal responsibility for ensuring the availability of all required in the range of its responsibilities aids

Documents responsibility for templates in their own areas of responsibility (for example, goods receipt checklist Returns Summary, etc.), if necessary in a global vote

Responsibility for compliance with GMP and GDP regulations in their own area of responsibility
